Just give up and move to Youngstown, Ohio

Both from here.

Is the experience of living in the Bay Area different than that of living in Youngstown, OH? Surely, friend. Surely. But you could own 11 homes, as opposed to 1 home. Flip ’em. Plus, parts of Ohio may constitute the future of the American neighborhood.

This is all why, even though everyone wants to work in San Francisco, it probably will start to decline as an actual destination that people live in the near future.
