  1. The alt-right is overreaching with their efforts. If you look at the statistics around the views and priorities of both the general population and especially young adults, the delta between their priorities and perspectives versus those of the Supreme Court majority and Senate GOP have never been greater.

    This will inevitably trigger a constitutional crisis if conservatives continue insisting on using federal institutions as a cudgel to impose extremely unpopular minority rules on the majority. The Supreme Court has no standing army, its regard amongst the general population has collapsed, and sooner or later the response to extreme SCOTUS rulings will be to simply ignore them (or even openly defy them).
