There’s plenty of bias against women in the system. There are also some people, like Ms. Heard, who tried to turn the righteous indignation about this into a weapon through extensive false testimony and are now lamenting the consequences of that failed strategy.
We still haven’t built a politics and a culture of equity and equal rights, so much of the debate is academic.
