This cannot be judged as the figures by themselves but only against the percentage that wanted that to be the outcome at age thirty.
So if that was the aspiration of 100 % of the population in 1950 (seems unlikely) Then 50 % of the population were disappointed. And if that was the aspiration of only 24 % (possibly also unlikely) in 2025 then the level of disappointment is unchanged.
Also where are the raw figures from ? And the “age at 30” is that one of the partners or both or eldest or youngest ?
