My 2019 accountabilities

Just wanted to put these down somewhere so that I have them down somewhere in a public-facing place. I’d encourage you to do the same, even if it’s Instagram or whatever:

  • Hit the gym 3-4 times/week
  • On the gym front, make some new friends in the new one I joined because my old one closed
  • Only drink a few times per week max
  • Keep a gratitude journal
  • Join 2-3 new activities, ideally community-facing, and try to make some friends from those too
  • Continue to grow (vague, I know) as an employee and contractor on different projects
  • Gain more adjacent skills knowledge, i.e. SEO, marketing fads, future state stuff
  • Read 10-12 books
  • Write on here 3-4 times a week, with a mix of business and personal
  • Use my email list more “strategically” (haven’t figured out what that means)
  • Make closer friendships with my girlfriend’s side of the world
  • Strive to be a better partner to her than I have been in the past to others
  • Be the type of person I deserve to be and others deserve to interact with

Is everything there measurable or “smartified?” No. But it’s a start. I hope 2019 is great for you. Any accountability or ideas you’d add on your side?
