This is a fun little (45 minutes or so) chat with my man Jordan Barta. We tried to do this thing five times, failed every time, and finally got to talk. I’m glad we did, because we cover off on a lot of stuff. He actually went to Finland and Germany to play football for a bit, so we dive into some “socialism” vs. “capitalism” stuff (big topic in the USA right now), as well as the flaws of the education system, management issues, your spouse/partner challenging you, and how no one knows what they’re actually doing. (Which is true.)
I think within there, we talk about the problems of new managers and briefly reference this little ditty I wrote.
